Mr. Clinger has over 30 years experience in the electrical industry. He attended the George Washington University before completing a five year apprenticeship with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, achieving the highest scholastic average over five years. He remains very active in the industry, serving on the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) board of directors, president’s advisory committee, membership committee, election committee, young executives committee, and education committee. In addition, he serves on the local union’s (IBEW #654) labor management, health and welfare, and apprentice training committees.
He is experienced in every position in the industry, both in the field and the office, and oversees every project in progress. He also welcomes phone calls of any nature.

Gene is a graduate of LaSalle University and the IBEW Electrical Apprenticeship Training Program. He has worked in many areas of the construction business starting on the business/accounting side then transitioning into the field side as an Electrical Apprentice to Journeyman Wireman to Estimator to his current position as Project Manager. His experience allows the unique understanding between what needs to be done in the field, and what it requires managerially to accomplish the goal.

Amy is a graduate of Cabrini University. She has worked in the construction accounting industry for over 16 years, starting her career in the field, handling day to day job site operations. Over the years, her experience has advanced her career to a senior project accountant, at Wm. H. Clinger Corp. She works directly with project managers, field staff, customers and vendors.
