Our Staff

Michael V. Clinger – President


Mr. Clinger has over 30 years experience in the electrical industry. He attended the George Washington University before completing a five year apprenticeship with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, achieving the highest scholastic average over five years. He remains very active in the industry, serving on the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) board of directors, president’s advisory committee, membership committee, election committee, young executives committee, and education committee. In addition, he serves on the local union’s (IBEW #654) labor management, health and welfare, and apprentice training committees.

He is experienced in every position in the industry, both in the field and the office, and oversees every project in progress. He also welcomes phone calls of any nature.

Timothy McNally – Vice President - Project Manager


Timothy is a graduate of Villanova University and the IBEW Electrical Apprenticeship Training Program. Tim has 35 years of experience in the IBEW with many years working in industrial facilities working on high voltage, power wiring, and PLC control wiring. He served as the training director and journeyman instructor in the IBEW apprenticeship training program. Tim is currently the senior estimator and project manager with industrial and hospital projects ranging from $100,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.

Gene Barrett – Vice President - Project Manager


Gene is a graduate of LaSalle University and the IBEW Electrical Apprenticeship Training Program. He has worked in many areas of the construction business starting on the business/accounting side then transitioning into the field side as an Electrical Apprentice to Journeyman Wireman to Estimator to his current position as Project Manager. His experience allows the unique understanding between what needs to be done in the field, and what it requires managerially to accomplish the goal.

Robert F. Dina, Sr. – Project Manager


Robert is a graduate of Neuman University and RETS Electronics School with 30 years of experience and background in construction management, planning, and cost control development. His Project Management experiences range from project values from $10,000.00 to $60,000,000.00 with short duration schedules, multiple disciplines and challenging environments. He has incorporated safety, quality, and controls into all Clinger Corporation projects.

Joseph Natale – Chief Financial Officer


Joseph is a graduate of the Temple University School of Business and has worked in the Electrical Construction business for over 30 years. His experience spans from the day to day business operations, to budgeting, costing, and financial projections. He has provided the tools to, and has helped guide, the project staff in the management of their jobs.

Amy Bell – Project Accountant


Amy is a graduate of Cabrini University. She has worked in the construction accounting industry for over 16 years, starting her career in the field, handling day to day job site operations.  Over the years, her experience has advanced her career to a senior project accountant, at Wm. H. Clinger Corp.  She works directly with project managers, field staff, customers and vendors.
